Returns & Refunds
We give a 30-day trial period on most products. If you are not satisfied for any reason please call 1-800-928-1258 to set up a return. Upon receiving a Return Authorization number, put your machine back in the box and take it to your curb to be picked up. We will send a freight carrier to pick up your machine and upon receipt at our warehouse we will refund the purchase price (price of machine minus a 10% restocking fee and tax) less to and from shipping charges. If you were not charged for shipping on your initial delivery, you will only be charged for the return shipping. All products must be returned in good condition, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories included to insure a full refund. You may be charged more than a ten percent restocking fee (if your product doesn’t come back in good condition). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Store Policies Return Policy Product Warranty Warranties vary per product. Typical warranties for parts and labor are 90-days. The warranty by the manufacturer may be longer than 90 days. Check your product or call 800.928.1258 for full details. Typically, motor warranties on treadmills range from 3 year to 20 years with 10-12 being the average. See the specific product for more details or call 1.800.928.1258. Customer’s may also purchase extended warranties at the time of check out in the shopping cart section. In addition, a warranty may be added to your product anytime during your standard 90 day parts and labor warranty. Shipping Information / Order Process After your order is processed in our secure shopping cart, it will be automatically forwarded to our customer service department at Treadmill-World. In addition, your order will be automatically forwarded to the manufacturer for processing. Within 24-48 hours after your order is placed, your order will be processed and allocated for shipment. A few days later, your order is set-up to ship. Note: If your order is placed on a weekend day, your order will be processed on the following Monday. Most orders ship from Utah, Georgia, Wisconsin, or California. Canada orders ship from Quebec. We will then forward tracking information to you via email per the email that was provided with your order. Your tracking information will include your shipper’s name, tracking numbers, and the shipper’s website so you can track your shipment online. In addition, your shipper will contact you to setup a date and time for delivery. With common carriers shipments for bigger items, someone will need to be available for the shipment on Monday-Friday. For smaller items such as Weslo Treadmills & Accessories, UPS will deliver on most days. Delivery times range from 8-14 days.
